...as some might say. I just finished watching an incredible movie, called Dave Chappelle`s Block Party , an amazing movie, presenting a free block party in a Brooklyn neighborhood. Chappelle has brought together some really great names from the american musical showbiz` like kanye west, mos def, talib kweli, common, dead prez, erykah badu, jill scott, the roots, big daddy kane...and THE FUGEES !Includes private rehearsals footage, interviews, some of chappelles jokes...alltogether, its a great movie.Loved it.Music really makes me feel great, forget all about this fucked`up world we are livin` in...its just what i love most in this world, so this explains why i do love this movie. And that perfomance at the end of the movie, the fugees, and especially Lauren Hill singin` " killing me softly" that made my eyes fill up in tears.that might sound a little strange, but thats the truth.
i suggest you get your hands on this one, and do watch it ! yes alexandra, you, couse no other motherfucker reads this shit, but you :D
